I can't get over how tired I feel today. I really don't understand it. I have been doing so well all week, and today I hit a brick wall. We are having an "Ozone Action Orange" day, which makes it a little hard to breathe, but it shouldn't be making me this tired. It's going to be hard to exercise tonight, but I have to do it!!!!! Anybody know any tricks to perk up without caffeine? Or loads of sugar?

Not sure if you're inputting all your food, but it doesn't look like you're getting enough protein. That might be slowing you down. Make sure you're putting enough fuel in the machine to do the job! Hope you feel perkier soon!
