I've been wanting to lose weight for years, and I finally feel like I'm ready. I'm nervous. I love eating. I enjoy food along with eating it to comfort me. I turn to food whenever I'm stressed.
I love walking, so I know that will be a big part of my exercise. I used to walk my dog at least 4 miles everyday...I haven't in a long while, and I just started that up again yesterday. I joined a gym too back in jan. I'd like to get there more than I have been, but walking my dogs is more of a priority, so well see how that goes.

You have nothing to be nervous about! Take it one day at a time and build momentum with each "successful" mealtime. Planning ahead has really helped me from deviating off course, so find what works for you. You deserve to do this for yourself!

I like that I can plan ahead and see how much calories my meals will be. :)

It looks like you've gotten a great start on identifying some of your problem areas. Maybe the next time you are stressed try playing with your dog instead. :) I love eating too! For me the issue is finding the balance of what to eat and when to eat. And like Josie Ann said, don't be nervous we're all in this together!
