Ok....so I haven't exercised in almost a week....haven't eaten anything but peanut butter and crackers for 5 days due to stomach flu and thanks to said stomach flu my body has relieved itself of everything consumed.....HOW DID I GAIN WEIGHT?
136.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
