Every day I drink a beer I go over on my calorie intake! Maybe I should learn to like light beer? Ugh. Why do IPAs have to taste so good?? :p All I want to do is enjoy an adult beverage without paying for it later when I weigh in at the end of the week. Too much to ask?

I feel your pain. For my biggest loser contest that ends tomorrow I only allowed myself one beer every 5 lb drop. Try equating beer as a reward.

I also find beer/alcohol to be one of the biggest challenges when trying to drop a few. Definitely feel your pain! Remember Guinness is actually pretty light in calories for being such a rich beer. I was surprised to find that out. Cheers!

Thanks guys! Great suggestions. I will try to equate the beer as a reward and I do love some Guiness, not gonna lie. ;)I might have to make that a 2 lb goal though, I don't think I could wait for the 5 lb drop. lol.
