I'm kind of in a slump...getting ready for school. I'm still working on my challenges....just not motivated. I'm ready for school to start so I can get back on track and rid of all this stress.
I made 4 quiches today 2 spinach, portabella & chicken, 1 Chicken & zucchini, & 1 bacon, sausage, & tomato(breakfast quiche). The kids love these! All 4 will probably be gone tomorrow, they will eat them for breakfast lunch and dinner if I let them.
The scale is not moving and I'm having a hard time reaching my RDI. I am really going to work on this.

Don't be discouraged Taucha...We all hit a wall sometimes in our journey. Keep track of your mood, there could be a pattern, I know for me it depends on my cycle and I know two week before I go through something, a change in my mood and eating. As far as your RDI, I rarely ever make mine, it is very hard to get 100%. I know you can do it and I am here to encourage you as you have truely enocouraged me...Many blessings to you

Ok girl haven't seen you on here in a few days! I know you can do it! I believe in you! Yesterday is gone so start a new day and a new beginning! I never reach my RDI either so don't let that bother you! it says I need to eat 2300 calories a day, I don't think so I am lucky to get in 1500 and that is alot of food! So redirect your focus on yourself! Get back up and get going!
