I just finished my workout. Today I added 10 minutes on the elliptical. This is big for me because my elliptical ($400+ Gold's Gym) feels nothing like the professional machine I used to use in physical therapy. Maybe I should not have been so cheap...IDK....But, I'm tired of it just being there so I'm trying to build up my indurance for its awkwardness.

Today I will get out of the slump I've been in for the last few days. I will eat more veggies and reach my RDI.
