I am trying so hard to find time to be active on this site. I am now a full time student and when I am on my computer I am working. I just want to let my buddies know that I have not fallen off track. I am still exercising and watching what I eat. I hope everyone is doing well and I hope to be back really soon.

I had some personal issues that kept me offline for about a week. I'm disappointed in my lack of progress, but today is a new day. I may not reach my challenge goals, but I will still work hard and do the best I can with the time I have left.

I'm kind of in a slump...getting ready for school. I'm still working on my challenges....just not motivated. I'm ready for school to start so I can get back on track and rid of all this stress.
I made 4 quiches today 2 spinach, portabella & chicken, 1 Chicken & zucchini, & 1 bacon, sausage, & tomato(breakfast quiche). The kids love these! All 4 will probably be gone tomorrow, they will eat them for breakfast lunch and dinner if I let them.
The scale is not moving and I'm having a hard time reaching my RDI. I am really going to work on this.

I just finished my workout. Today I added 10 minutes on the elliptical. This is big for me because my elliptical ($400+ Gold's Gym) feels nothing like the professional machine I used to use in physical therapy. Maybe I should not have been so cheap...IDK....But, I'm tired of it just being there so I'm trying to build up my indurance for its awkwardness.
Today I will get out of the slump I've been in for the last few days. I will eat more veggies and reach my RDI.
