Making sure I am eating a least 1,200 net calories per day with workout.
I didn't think before of eating my calories burned back, so I was actually eating about 700-800 net calories a day, the result was weight gain instead, I was definitely in the starvation mode zone!! Thanks God I am back on track and feeling more strength too!

I think I hit a plateau, my body has started the starvation mode... I need to get more protein + carbs to eat back the 500 calories burnt at gym.
