I'm at such a crossroads today. I've been eating about 25 net carbs per day and am thinking of going up to 30 net a day to see if maybe my body needs just a little extra oomph. Of course, that just sends a bunch of nervous waves down my back because adding more net carbs could be adding weight back on.

Any thoughts?
