Well, I guess I have to record something. Last week, I didn't want to record the 191.2 because it didn't feel like my real weight. I was just waiting for it to drop back off. I guess the 190.0 from the week before was a fluke. I was probably dehydrated that morning when I stepped on the scale.
The 192.2 from today is pretty weird because Sunday morning it showed 191.2. I did drink a lot of fluids this weekend. The problem I was experiencing last week, seems to be resolving itself. I had a lot of meat and veggies this weekend. So its having opposite effect of the carbs. I'll just say the train leaves the station with a full load of cargo.

I think it fluctuates a lot from day to day. Just keep track of the long term trends and you'll be okay.

Yes, I agree. I just hated that I took a break to heal my injury because my weight had just started steadily decreasing. On the flip side, I'm not 100% healed but I'm not as injured either. My time immediately improved, and I am no longer injuring myself. You know the old addage, "It's not a race, it's a marathon" well even marathon runners don't like getting lost :) but this is a fun marathon.
