Running with both compression sleeves is a good idea - definitely. I still have that sore spot on the left shin, but it's manageable. And, using both sleeves helped me to concentrate on running straight/not twisting.
I did a little walking and sprinting, but overall it was an easy run. Since I can lose weight on only three days of running, everything over that is extra. I like the extra!
I'm looking forward to whatever physical activity this weekend brings. I am just set on NOT sitting on the couch eating for sport.
