Earthlady's Journal, 25 March 2013

Having reached a low of 56.1 (on Saturday I think) I've weighed in at 57.1 yesterday and today. I have to learn that this appears to be the normal(ish) pattern of fluctuation with this eating plan and not get into a panic every time I see an increase. In terms of overall maintenance, or even steady loss, these are still great numbers.

"Fast" day today, so breakfast packed up and postponed until later, probably around 11.30. Planning to have a big salad dish of grated vegetables tonight with a boiled or poached egg on the side.

These fluctuations CAN be rough on the noggin'! :) I sometimes STILL freak out when I see a several-kilo weight gain after my Indulgence Day, and I know they're coming and that they will be gone after a couple of days. Still, it messes with our heads. Just think back on previous weeks and tell yourself that you're doing it on purpose and that there is a point to it. You're doing fine.
