I did it!! I met my goal!! I'm so proud of myself - changing my lifestyle to achieve this has been worth it. Now to add pounds back on - but in muscle, not fat!
200.0 lb Lost so far: 45.0 lb.    Still to go: 0.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
