After a near-decade spent raising a youngling from toddler-hood to pre-teenism, during which I ate everything I pleased and exercised almost never, I'm finally able to spend more time focusing on me and my appearance. Shedding unwanted pounds feels good, as does building muscle, and I'm enjoying the benefits. Controlling my diet isn't always fun, but being thin tastes better than everything else.
