Yoghurt - I have a question. I love Yoghurt/Greek Yoghurt and would like to eat some sometimes. I also would like to make/enjoy "cooked cheese" which is made form Greek Yoghurt. I searched the Atkins page and the word is nowhere mentioned :-( Does anyone have an idea in what stage we are allowed to eat it?

This doesn't exactly answer your question but I thought it was interesting just the same.
