Yesssssssss remember that "high" you get after working out!!! It is soooo nice, and it pays off so nicely at the scale, too. :) You can do it! I say, set a 2 day goal of how often you want to work out, and what you will eat for 2 days, in total. Write it down or your options. Have it all ready to eat and go so you are prepared for the day. Planning is key! Then replan for the next two days so you don't feel like you're set to a schedule for very long, it will give you a chance to feel like "oh, it's only 2 days". :) Go for it!!
