Did okay today. Am I allowed to eat corn on Phase 2? (as in corn and black bean salsa?) Craving hardcore...do I need to go on Phase 1 again? Need to exercise more...feeling "stuck" and can't understand why I just don't work out when I feel so good after. Ugh! motivation please :)

Yesssssssss remember that "high" you get after working out!!! It is soooo nice, and it pays off so nicely at the scale, too. :) You can do it! I say, set a 2 day goal of how often you want to work out, and what you will eat for 2 days, in total. Write it down or your options. Have it all ready to eat and go so you are prepared for the day. Planning is key! Then replan for the next two days so you don't feel like you're set to a schedule for very long, it will give you a chance to feel like "oh, it's only 2 days". :) Go for it!!

Ok when you think of working out just get up and do it. Keep the sneakers near by~!!!! thats my way around it if I sit around and think about it I never do it. Your doing good keep it up

Corn is not favorable. Even in Phase 2. I have eaten it in a southwestern salad, corn and black beans, but pick as much corn out as i can and it has not affected my weight loss. I wouldn't eat it if possible though.
