Odd, but true. So after my feelings of guilt for not sticking to the diet everyday, I weigh myself and low and behold I have lost 8 lbs altogether! yay! So what did I do...stayed on Phase 2 for the entire day...then went out at night and then got persuaded to eat ......you guessed it...McDonalds late at night! nonono...what was I thinking? argh.back on the diet today + exercise. Thank you all for your advice, support and comments :)

lol Hmmm... not sure I could be persuaded to eat McDonalds! lol Not my fav. It's okay, as long as you don't just "give in" completely. Just be sure to maybe eat 1/2 a serving or be sure to eat the lean protein 1st. Do a bit more exercise and you'll be fine. :)
