Today will make day 4 of running this week. I actually feel really good and ready. Just got hit with a low blood sugar moment, so I'm having an emergency granola bar before I head to the gym to change. I'm running with both compression sleeves today since I felt a slight twinge in the right shin on Wednesday. I know what it is, as the left leg is healing I'm finding that I don't have to run in such a way to compensate for the pain. Re-adjusting is hard.
