My goal for today and this weekend is to stay at 1500 calories a day, and get to the gym everyday. I was doing good with the gym, but the last few days I haven't gone.
Tomorrow we're having a bday party for my stepdaughter :) We have all this yummy food planned that I should probably stay away from. I'll have to eat before the party. I hate having pop in the house....it's really almost next to impossible for me to resist. I have the will power to stay away from chips, and sweets, but not pop...idk why, I guess it's my weakness.

Great goal! Birthday parties are hard. I am a pop addict, but I can't drink caffeine, so I have diet/caffeine free pop and allow myself 1 per day. But, if we have something like a birthday party it usually ends up that pop is all I drink all day, so I wish you good luck!! My suggestion would be to input as much of the food you can ahead of time here, so you know where you stand on your calories and maybe the food and pop won't tempt you as much. You can do this!

That's a good idea, I'll do that

Try brushing your teeth before the party, or chew minty gum during. That might help deter you from the pop. I know it's sometimes hard to resist temptation, but don't give in. Good luck!

Eating before the party is my only defense against those kinds of goodies - sounds like you are doing well.
