I suppose I've been enjoying a a pretty sedentary lifestyle for some years. As my username suggests I would be happy to sit all day in or outside with a book. I've always loved to travel as well, and I'd love to take my kids all over the world. It's much easier to get around when you're not 100 lbs overweight.
