Recording a weight below 57 always makes me happy AND I've apparently completed my Lent challenge to have no alcohol, even though there's another week until Easter. I'll stick with it for another week then I have a meal out with a friend on Easter Saturday that I'm really looking forward to.

So, this morning I have that light, thin feeling that I love so much - it's great! And despite miserable rainy weather outside, I'm feeling full of energy and looking forward to the day.
124.3 lb Lost so far: 12.3 lb.    Still to go: 3.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
