Super low cal "fast" day today. Up a bit since yesterday but hoping for a loss on the week at tomorrow's weigh in.

Enjoy the day! How much (or little) is "Super low"?

According to the book, 500 for women. However that figure seems quite arbitrary and I believe in doing what feels right for me, so I aim to not go over 700 and usually manage between 550 and 600. At that level, I don't over-compensate the next day and I don't feel too hungry on the fast day, either.
