Went to work today and didn't have time for lunch. I was soo...hungry that I had to stop by Dickey's barbeque and get a sandwich. I need to bring my lunch to work so I don't end up pigging out again. Working out this week has been terrible. Having the kids at home for spring break has thrown off my routine completely. Hopefully, I can get back on track next week. What is even more discouraging is that I visited my mom yesterday and she asked me if I had been over indulging in sweets because I look fat!! What the??? After all the effort I have put in to go to the gym. I am really trying not to get discouraged right now.

Use your mom's comment as motivation. Don't let it get you down. You might "look fat" to her because you are building muscle by working out, but that muscle will help you burn more fat more quickly. Stay positive!
