I have lost a pound this week, weighing 156.4 this morning! This also gives me a three day avg of 156.9. I will stay at 35 nc and approx 1600 cal again this week as I try to better apportion the nc's and calories in my daily meal plan. I have had difficulty doing this and have found myself either having to add too many calories at days' end or the opposite, having my calories attained with a low nc count.
