Wonderful week, lost .8 lbs with a three day avg of 157.2. My next milestone(right around the corner) is 20 lost lbs!
A review of last week finds that I ate just over 1500 calories per day and averaged 29 nc per day.
This week I will increase my nc's to 35 and keep my calories around the same level.
As I review the carb ladder, I note that I have not yet tried melons on the fruit rung and have only eaten cottage cheese from the next. I will not introduce new foods this week as I determine how the increase in nc's affects.
A new week, a new challenge! Life is great!
