Good Morning Heather, Yes, I am gradually adding organic foods into my meals whenever I get the opportunity to buy them. I am feeling better, but not sure if it is food related, or the benefits of my CPAP. When my daughter and her family settle in their own home, I think I will be eating more beans than meat. :)
