Wahoo! 2.6 lbs. lost this week, even with my weekend "off."

Once again my percentages will be skewed because I'm eating Chinese Buffet tonight and have no idea of carb/fat/protein content. I gave a high end estimate to the calories, just to be safe. I plan to watch what I'm eating. Have I mentioned, I love steamed shrimp and Chinese veggies?!!! I may indulge in one crab Rangoon. :-) This buffet happens with friends on the 2nd and 4th Thurs. of every month.

As it happens, I got online Friday morning and looked up the nutrition content of everything I ate last night to get my percentages. I was dead on on calories and that included an unexpected piece of carrot cake. The percentages are perfect and it was under my RDI. Now when I plug in that meal again in two weeks, I have it all worked out (minus the cake, of course. LOL!)
