Ugh!!!! Today is one of those days that I feel like I'm so hungry. Right after I eat a meal it seems like 30 min later my tummy is growling! I'm not sure if it's my mind playing tricks on me or what!?!?!?!?! I've been drinking water to try to calm it down but this is ridiculous! lol.

I know how that feels! I usually grab a bag full of carrots or cherry tomatoes, or snap peas, or something that I can just constantly graze on. It makes you feel like you're binging, but keeps the calories away

My trick is to drink a full glass of water before I eat! If I have rice or another grain, it absorbs the water and tricks my body into feeling 'full' longer! (Sometimes it works before I'm done with a meal, so I save what I did'nt eat for later!)
