146 this morning! :) I don't know how I lost 6 whole lbs in a single week...maybe I was way bloated last Monday when I 1st weighed in or something. I haven't really felt deprived enough for 6 whole pounds to have come off in 7 days. But I know I'm eating well and exercising regularly, so I guess I should believe it! I was nervous about dinner out last night at Ruby Tuesday, but they had some really healthy menu options. Being able to hit the salad bar when the spinach artichoke dip hit the table helped me a lot. I was a little self-conscious telling people at the table that I didn't care for any dip while I chowed down on my salad for some weird reason. I think I just didn't want anyone to feel self conscious because they WERE eating it maybe? Anyway, I'm feeling really positive and will be thrilled to have 1/3 as much success this week as I had in the last one!
146.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
