NC Nicole's Journal, 17 March 2013

Didn't exercise at all yesterday, had a pretty lazy afternoon, but it felt REALLY good! Slept 9 hrs last night which is a lot for me, but woke up feeling well rested and ready for a busy day. Going for a run walk in a few, then plan to work outdoors most of the day demolishing the old shed, then going out to dinner w fam for the first time since starting my diet last week. Probably Ruby Tuesday or Outback...not looking forward to that, but will do my best to figure out good choices and to avoid the crap food that runs rampant in both places.
