Just got back from vacation... Wasn't really thinking when I started this challenge! I always eat like crap when out of town... and it shows! Time to kick it up a notch :)
177.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
