I realized that I put some of my foods in wrong, which lowered my calorie total for yesterday! Yay!!! I also finished putting in all my food for today and I'm within the right range. Double Yay! :)

I did cheat by checking my weight today after trying to not check for a week, which at least let me know that I've been losing in spite of messing up a little! I'll try to refrain from checking again until Sunday but I don't know if I can. Since I didn't check my actual weight for 2 days but I "weighed in" so I could update my challenges, I ended up averaging out my loss for the last couple days based on my weight from this morning.

Diet Calendar Entry for 11 August 2010:
