Just got out of zumba. It was a hell of a workout and it felt great. Went and picked up two smoothies... one for breakfast and saving one for dinner. I'll have a salad for lunch. Saturday is usually my cheat day, but I don't really see the point anymore. Why cheat myself? Why take a step backwards? I'm about 7 or 8 pounds down. Not really sure. Yesterday the scale said 228. Today it said 229. I'm not freaking out though. I know weight fluctuates. I know that when I went to the doctor on Feb 12, I weighed 236. When I went to another doctor's apt on March 5th, I weighed 234. Today, I weigh 229. So, it looks like the weight is coming off faster now, which means I'm on the right track. I feel great.
