+&-

+Ahh. better. So yesterday I broke out my bike for the first time this summer. it was a mile of ride total which is nothing but it was better than getting all sweaty and such walking around in the rainy/humid/heat/blah. I went and voted my lady has yet to concede so we will see.

-/What else? oh i feel icky. hopefully tummy settles itself.

+...but glad that 2 lbs magically decided to get lost. I get to see him today. *sigh* It's been since last friday which is way too long to go without a hug. *need hug and kisses and love*

-I was bad yestrday and bought a groupon for a dozen cup cakes. I am thinking halloween cupcakes would be nice. I am hoping to be 30 lbs down by halloween or at very least to 299.

+ today I see my therapist for the first time in some time... which means getting off work early so if the appt doesnt go well at least there is that.
321.8 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 22.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
