The longer I stay awake the harder it is to resist cravings...
104.4 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 2.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If I was at home the thought might have crossed my mind, lol! I was out with friends and they grilled asparagus and steak… and made potato chips in a deep fryer... They also had a bunch of different flavored chips, because I guess there is a contest for which flavor should win; I don't know I'm so out of touch with television. :P They had sriracha, chicken & waffles, and cheesy garlic bread. I tried to limit myself, but mmmm it was good!

lol! I was at my friends house and she made brownies and I turned them down. Then later I was like I wish I had my carrots I am getting hungry. She had some so I ate like half a bag of them. lol!

Dont feel so bad.. I have done terribly for the past several weeks. I was sick and then my uncle passed away and between not eating right and craving junk food and sweets constantly and giving in to the cravings... UGH!!! All you can do is try to start fresh the next meal, dont give up on yourself and don't get to down on yourself either. That's my plan any way!! We can do this... Today is a new day!! Good luck!! :)

iamachristianjesusfreak, that is awesome! Whenever I am at my fiancé’s mother's house she always buys a vegetable platter... and extra veggies because I always finish the veggie platter, minus the dip that goes with it! ;) Chellp1 you poor thing, I hope things get better for you. And you're right today is a new day! Good luck to you as well!!
