This weekend wasn't so bad. I've been liking the Quinoa instead of white rice. It has a similar consistency so I like it and it has 3 grams of fiber. Go Quinoa!!!
177.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 22.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
