This weekend wasn't so bad. I've been liking the Quinoa instead of white rice. It has a similar consistency so I like it and it has 3 grams of fiber. Go Quinoa!!!

Did not lose any weight yet. Got a little discouraged but I am back in the gym today. I think I need to increase my workout to 45 minutes.

Didn't do my exercise today because my little one got her tonsils out. My diet wasn't great either. I stuck to healthy choices but I did not limit my calories...ugghhh.
