Been sick with bronchitis past couple of weeks. Went to gym for the first time in a long time. Probably overdid it a little bit. Did 20 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of circuit training (back and chest). Attempted to do stair climber, but am to out of shape to do it at a fast clip. Most likely need to start a little bit smaller and work my way back up, not jump in all at once.
Starting MNS and Spark back up along with meal replacement shakes. Hopefully I'll be able to save some money and lose weight. My goal is to be back to 200 by the end of April and 180 by my wedding date of September 14, 2013.
