Since I was having some issues getting all of my Medifast meals in, I decided to split up all the stuff I have left into bags of 5 meals so I can make sure I eat everything in the whole bag each day.

In other news, I went to the Outback tonight and stayed OP! I went a little over on veggies, but I'm not too worried about that since it wasn't by too much. I actually brought my food scale with me so that I could be accurate about my food journal entries, which was a little awkward but I'm glad I have the exact numbers! I even thought I was a little low on my lean portion so I added a little cottage cheese with my last Medifast meal.

I also feel like something is different today. I've had this taste in my mouth that I'm not sure how to describe. I'm guessing its part of the Ketosis phase. If it is, maybe this will all start working soon! If I can follow the plan 100% (or as close as I can) maybe I can start losing a little faster. I guess 2-3lbs a week is perfectly good too though.

Oh, and I tried on some pants today that feel like they're much too big to wear. I know they've always been a little loose, but now I think they'd look too awkward to wear in public. Some pants that used to be snug now fit much better. Gotta love progress!
