Another week and another pound. A single pound seems like so little. But it is better than nothing or a gain! Besides if I could maintain that rate, I'd still be down to 200 by the time I go to Germany!
318.4 lb Lost so far: 45.6 lb.    Still to go: 68.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2076 kcal Fat: 86.13g | Prot: 98.57g | Carb: 242.32g.   Breakfast: free range eggs, garlic spice world, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Wisconsin Farms Muenster, Patrick cudahy honey ham, Red Peppers, Onion, Red Grapefruit. Lunch: Progresso Reduced Sodium Chicken and Wild Rice, Onion Rye, Butter. Dinner: Ground Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat), Minced Garlic, 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese, Carambola (Starfruit), Organic Marinara Pasta Sauce, PLUS Thin Spaghetti Multigrain. Snacks/Other: Dannon Raspberry Greek Yogurt, Peanut Butter Cookie, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Clif Crunch Granola Bar - Peanut Butter. more...
