I'm weighing in a day early. I'm going to be out of town tomorrow morning and won't have a scale handy. It's also going to be my "cheat day" for the week so Sunday morning would be a bad weigh-in day too.

I was pleasantly surprised this morning. I had to check three times to make sure it was right.
319.4 lb Lost so far: 44.6 lb.    Still to go: 69.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 01 March 2013:
1633 kcal Fat: 50.76g | Prot: 92.17g | Carb: 205.68g.   Breakfast: Cuties, Craisins, Sun Maid Raisins, Organic Valley Heavy Cream, Brown Sugar, Quaker Oats. Lunch: 6" Club with the works and honey-mustard. Dinner: Barbeque Sauce, Premium Grilled Chicken Classic Sandwich (No Mayo). Snacks/Other: Hickory Smoked Turkey Breast, Almonds, Pecans. more...

YEAH on the loss! That was a NICE drop! Don't cheat too much on your cheat day :-) so you can keep that loss going! Have fun goin out of town... I often pack my scale when I know I need to keep in check.... LOL

Drank a lot of water, no soda, and kept beer to a minimum. I'm not going to "peek" and see what the damage was though. I'll know Saturday morning.
