I not sure if this is a good idea but I decided to gradually work my way into no carbs. Last night and Today is the first time that I had any carbs. I had a grill chesse and turkey sandwhich last night. Today one of my co workers are going on the nutrisystem diet and she had a bagel, egg, cheese, and sauge sandwhich and I took off of her hands for her. Hopefully by Monday I'll be carb free.
