I had a bad day yesterday - I ate some high calorie food. And I immensely enjoyed it! I hurt my ankle, so it is no exercising for me for the past three days and I may have to stay off of it for another few days. It's very frustrating - all I want to do is to work out. It took me a long time to get back to the gym and get committed and here I am sidelined with a bum ankle. I also REALLY need to go to the grocery store, and I can't hobble around the store in pain. So frustrating!
