Back on track today. Today I had toast with butter spray and sugar free jelly, an apple, a turkey sandwich from Subway and some cherries and sugar free pudding. I still haven't figured out how to record a food diary on this thing, someday I will. I hurt my ankle and it's been bothering me for the past four days - I walk with a limp. If it doesn't get better soon, I will have to go to the doctor, which I am dreading. My doctor has told me that I need to lose weight, but I gained a lot more since the last time I saw her. I am down 11 pounds, but with me weighing less the last time I saw her, it won't register as a significant loss. And I'll get a lecture again. Also, with my ankle like this I can't exercise - I suppose I could go swimming but that is such a pain in the ass for me. I require so much crap to go swimming - packing a gym bag with suit, goggles, earplugs, swim hat, shampoo and conditioner, and then going to the gym, changing clothes, swimming, then taking a shower to wash the chlorine out of my hair and changing back into street clothes. It takes for frikkin' EVER. I just want my ankle to get healed so I can hit the elliptical and my cardio class and my yoga class. Ankle please get better!
