Still 153 and its kind of frustrating again cause I am not losing weight. I guess slow but steady. Was considering changing my goal to 135 since that is where I will at least not be in the overweight category anymore and doesnt seem to far away. Once I hit 135 can go from there.

Going to switch up the jogging now with 2 intervals of ten minutes straight jogging with a five minute walking break in between. I will do this routine for a few weeks and then lengthen my time to 25 minutes jogging five days a week. I am not really finding twenty minutes a day to rough but would like to increase my interval from one ten minute straight jog to two.

For lunch I have been eating salads and find I am not even very hungry anymore. I would say my appetite, and intake of food has decreased significantly since I started jogging. Maybe my bodies way of making sure it leans down to handle the work load. A theory I have heard works.

Either way I'll take it with no problems. Tonight its yoga and hopefully some more lbs come off in the next week. Id like to hit 152 for sure.

Stick with it! Drink your water! If you don't have a lot of time to run, add in intervals. Do some sprints while running. Even if you only have 20 minutes, interval training will kick up the calories burned and fat loss.

I understand your frustration, but you are doing so well. You've changed your eating habits and have gotten yourself into an effective exercise routine that you enjoy. Make some small adjustments here and there in your diet and exercise to keep your body guessing and that might help shift the scale. But, at the end of the day you know by looking at yourself and how your clothes fit if you are make true progress. Use those markers when the scale stays put.
