I think I'm doing well. Despite yesterday's comment that I don't seem to be losing, I'm dead on 57 kg this morning, after indulging in ice cream last night! I have to reconsider, I think I am still losing, very slowly, a few hundred grams a week. If that's the case, I'd expect Friday's weigh-in, following a 'fast' day, to be well under 57. We'll see.
Cold but super sunny this morning with the prospect of daytime temperatures rising - a definite feeling of spring in the air, which is always good for morale and well-being.
