I think I'm doing well. Despite yesterday's comment that I don't seem to be losing, I'm dead on 57 kg this morning, after indulging in ice cream last night! I have to reconsider, I think I am still losing, very slowly, a few hundred grams a week. If that's the case, I'd expect Friday's weigh-in, following a 'fast' day, to be well under 57. We'll see.

Cold but super sunny this morning with the prospect of daytime temperatures rising - a definite feeling of spring in the air, which is always good for morale and well-being.

I think what you said yesterday about maintenance is dead on. I also think that when we find what works for our body and our lifestyle, and stick with it, our weight will reflect where we're supposed to be, and it should only fluctuate a little back and forth. Sounds like you may be reaching that :-)
