Steady - after 3 weeks I don't think I'm seeing any weight loss with this plan, but no gain either. Since I eat more or less what I want on non-fast days (still making healthy choices and being mindful) I think that seems like a good recipe for maintenance.

Going super-low calorie on two days a week is making me more aware of my food intake the rest of the time and I can also feel the respite it's giving to my body. Although it's not super-easy, it's not difficult and I think there are definite mental benefits that I'm still struggling to explain. I feel sharper and more energetic, and not just on the fast days.
