I have to confess that I ate way too much pizza tonight - I still feel all full and blah...
At least it was thin crust with just ham and pineapple. And it was soooo good! It could have been worse, but I still shouldnt have eaten so much. I havent been this full in a long time. So I guess I cant be too hard on myself - I used to eat like this everyday.

mmmm...i love this crust with ham an pinapple..and its even better after its been in fridge an u have it for breakfast...lol...well bck before i started makin wiser choices that is...an occasional mess up is ok...now time to get bck on track!!!

There is a great pizza place here where I'm doing my internship. I love it, but I am glad when I'll be away from it! :)

Feeling yucky after having more Pizza than you really should have will be a good thing in the long run! I used to really crave KFC all of the time and then after a period on WW I had a bunch and felt terrible. Now whenever I smell KFC I think Yuck instead of Yum. Anyway - it is great that you noticed that you ate more than you would like. Like you said - you used to eat like that all of the time and NOW its just an occational thing. All the best.

I totally agree with these girls, enjoy the treat and hop back on track....the fact that you only have it once in awhile now, (if that) means you are miles ahead of where you were...I am glad you enjoyed it...move on and as long it is only on occasion, you are doing well. Keep at it, it pays off, even f the changes are small, they are still coming!

Your weight is coming down very nicely and I'm sure the blip with the pizza will not cause any damage. As you said it's not all the time now.
