Day 227: Well nice to see one lb gone and no gain. Plan on exercising today time to start stepping it up now that most of my food craving seem to be under control... Also has anyone ever heard of this... Friend of mine told me that i can take a slice of granny smith apple and place it with foods while cooking that are high in sodium that it will absorb most of the sodium. never heard it before but worth a try

Have not heard of the apple trick, but if it does work let me know. Congrats on getting the cravings under control. That is a massive accomplishment!

I highly think this would not work! Just try to eliminate some of the sodium, you will feel the difference!
