Day 334: Okay my friends can some one please remind me what i should keep my numbers at as far as my net carbs, fats and protein. I think my one friend said over 100g for protein. under 100 for net carbs but fats I cant remember?

What diet are you following? If it is not atkins, then you should try to see how your body responds. For sure keep that lean protein up and carbs down. 100g protein and 100 net carbs sounds like a good start. As for fat, try looking at your total percentage for the day. A good amount to shoot for is 20-35 percent. I sure hopes this helps. Most importantly, it is how you feel. I know I feel a LOT better when I focus on keeing carbs similar as my protein and then as I need calories, I might add a piece of light cheese, and if my fat is low, that is JUST FINE! You go girl!
